Our Philosophy
Our goal is to produce a well balanced dog that is structurally sound to participate in active sports like agility, obedience,
tracking, and water work while able to be a good mascot whether on boat, land, or along for a car ride!

Our Employees (my husband)
Friends and fellow breeders play an important role in our program. We are fortunate to have many good doggy
"grandparents". Katrina has been training dogs since age 6 when she got a daschund mix to climb an A frame ladder.
She was led to the Portuguese Water dog when she was commercial salmon fishing in Alaska in the 80's and needed a good
boat dog.
Our first breeding was to a top producer BIS CH Timbermist Lancar Flor de Mar "Lancer". This breeding produced two top
winning males. From there the world of dogs and dog breeding grew.

Our Kennel
Home raising pups one litter at a time in the living room and then giving them lots of time outside to explore their
environment and learn from our seasoned adults is our style. Many of our dogs become family pets while a few are selected
out of each litter as show potential. Not all dogs are meant to show and not all owners are either. We work with our
prospective owners and new pups so that activity level of the pups, conformation, and other abilities are well suited
to their new homes.
